Our accounting fee always reflects the actual complexity of your business.

If the activity becomes more complex, the accounting fee is higher – if it becomes simpler, the fee decreases. This way our service flexibly adapts to the current state of your business.

At Master-Cons Ltd., the basis of pricing is:

a base fee + settlement based on the number of accounting items.

This system ensures that everyone pays only for as much accounting service as the actual work behind their business requires.

Why is it important?

Because the complexity of a business is not always apparent at first – and what the entrepreneur thinks is simple may involve more administration and accounting items from an accounting perspective.

For example:

  • a domestic supplier invoice represents two accounting entries: one in the supplier ledger, one in the bank ledger
  • an incoming EU invoice is subject to reverse charge VAT, so it generates two separate entries for VAT, and due to exchange rate differences, a third item may also arise in addition to the two basic accounting items described above.

Additionally, there may be factors that are not visible in advance but increase the amount of accounting tasks, such as:

  • mandatory statistical reporting (KSH),
  • existing loans or securities investments,
  • multiple foreign currency bank accounts, and
  • if the invoices are settled in a different currency, i.e. due to cross-currency adjustments, additional accounting entries arise.

This is the reason why we work with an item-based settlement – because this is the most transparent, most flexible, and fairest system to ensure that each client pays exactly for the actual work justified by the accounting tasks.

Are you before company foundation?

If you entrust us with your accounting, we deduct the one-hour initial consultation fee from your first month’s accounting fee. With us, the trust you place at the beginning returns.

Would you change accountant but don’t know how to do it?

Take advantage of our half-hour accountant-switching consultation, where we go through all the steps with you so you can transition smoothly and collect all the necessary documents required for tax audits and mandatory record keeping.

If you then continue with us for your accounting, we will also deduct the price of this consultation from your first month’s accounting fee.
